	Na het behalen van een BSc in Animal Sciences aan de Universiteit van Stellenbosch, aarzelde Luca geen moment om zich in de snel evoluerende wereld van aquacultuur te storten. Luca is enthousiast dat hij betrokken is bij deze transitie in de landbouw en onderdeel uitmaakt van het HZ-team. De onderzoeksgroep ontwikkelt nieuwe en duurzame methoden van kweken in de steeds groeiende wereld van aquacultuur.
