Sinds 2005 is hij aan de HZ verbonden en heeft hij diverse functies en rollen vervuld: docent, docent-onderzoeker, projectleider van het lectoraat ICT, opleidingscoördinator en had hij een prominente rol in curriculumontwikkeling en accreditaties.		Vervolgens heeft Mischa bij Kluwer Academic Publishers als Electronic Publishing Specialist aan innovatieve toepassingen op basis van Natural Language Processing en tekstmining gewerkt. Sinds 2005 is hij aan de HZ verbonden en heeft hij diverse functies en rollen vervuld: docent, docent-onderzoeker, projectleider van het lectoraat ICT, opleidingscoördinator en had hij een prominente rol in curriculumontwikkeling en accreditaties.
