| Project description: | Entrepreneurs in Middelburg regularly encounter customers/tourists who would like to purchase larger products but do not have the ability to take it with them all day. Customers find it inconvenient that they have to return to pick up the product they bought after their stay in Middelburg. In addition, they notice that during the season, tourists must bring their suitcase directly to the car after spending the night and then leave directly. Therefore, the research is about finding a solution to implement a storage hub option that works effectively for both tourists and entrepreneurs in Middelburg and make sure it is visible and accessible for everyone. |
| Outcomes: | Research has been conducted, and prototypes are created to show the ideas visibly. The proposed innovations include; different sizes of lockers, having smart lockers in connection with a mobile app, and promoting through partnerships and marketing. |
