- Daniëlle heeft een gevarieerde achtergrond binnen het sociaal domein, van overheid tot uitvoering. Na haar studies in Liberal Arts and Sciences (Roosevelt Academy, Middelburg) en maatschappelijke opvoedingsvraagstukken (Universiteit Utrecht) heeft Daniëlle tussen 2012 en 2017 voor gemeenten in Noord-Holland en Zeeland gewerkt als beleidsadviseur en projectleider binnen het sociaal domein. In 2017 maakte zij de overstap naar het onderwijs en ging als docent en afstudeercoach aan de slag bij de opleiding Social Work van HZ University of Applied Sciences. Zij gaf les in uiteenlopende vakken, begeleidde afstudeeronderzoek, coachte een afstudeerklas en had een grote rol bij ontwikkeling van een nieuw curriculum. In 2019 maakte zij een korte overstap naar Emergis, de grote GGZ-instelling in Zeeland, om daar als projectleider aan de slag te gaan. Zij leidde uiteenlopende projecten (waaronder de implementatie van de Wet verplichte GGZ) en zette een projectenbureau op voor Emergis. In 2020 keerde zij terug naar de HZ, nu in de rol als docent-onderzoeker bij het kenniscentrum Expertise and Valorisation Management. Vanuit die rol traint zij studenten, docenten en het werkveld in het werken met de systeemaanpak en de sociale theorie om oplossingen te vinden voor complexe, maatschappelijke vraagstukken. Haar brede achtergrond helpt haar en daarmee hopelijk ook anderen om vanuit verschillende perspectieven naar situaties te kijken en hierdoor een beter begrip te krijgen van het geheel.
