- Nathalie werkt als docent-onderzoeker bij het lectoraat Ouderenzorg en de opleiding Verpleegkunde. Ze heeft onder meer gewerkt als projectleider van het Europese Interreg 2 Zeeën-project SAIL (over het langer actief en onafhankelijk maken van ouderen) en ze is coördinator van de Academische Werkplaats Ouderenzorg Zeeland (AWOZ). De AWOZ is een netwerk waarmee door samenwerking en kennisdeling de ouderenzorg in Zeeland naar een hoger niveau wordt getild.
