| Outcomes: | Due to being young students who do not study the arts, they did not have the connections needed to find a leader ourselves. For this reason, they have instead focused on the steps to finding a new leader. They suggested creating a job posting and start trying to find new leaders. Pennywafelhuis could have an integrative training program that involves the gradual passing of leadership until the current- and new leaders are comfortable with their roles. Finally, they should follow up regularly for the first year to ensure everything is progressing. They created a document where there is a future plan described for the Pennywafelhuis. Along with a section that would explain how new workshops could benefit the Pennywafelhuis in a monetary fashion. |
