Sanne Put

Profiel:: I am a PhD candidate researching the potential of breeding for improved attachment of Saccharina latissima. I work at Plant Breeding (Wageningen University & Research), and I am part of the SEASEEDS consortium. In my research I perform a Genome Wide Association Study for attachment in a lab-based system. Besides that I develop a deep learning model for microscopy image analysis and look at genotype-by-environment-interactions on Norwegian farms.
