She coordinates projects and supports student teams from both the Minor Applied Research and the Minor Design Thinking & Doing, ensuring the quality and alignment of both programs. With a reflective and approachable coaching style, Charlotte helps students navigate challenges, encouraging collaboration and critical thinking while fostering an environment of innovation and growth.
