Project description:Because Klok’uus has such a broad target market they notice they are beginning to lose focus during the operational part of the business. They want to change this, be future proof and adapt to the market. In order to make the necessary and correct decisions they need a clear research identifying the opportunities in their different target markets.
Outcomes:Based on the research findings, several key recommendations have emerged to enhance the overall experience at Klok’uus. First, improving online visibility and utilizing digital marketing strategies will help raise awareness of the new Klok’uus among potential visitors. It is also important to address environmental comfort by managing noise and heat levels. Following up with guests after their events can strengthen customer relationships, while offering discounts for referrals can encourage word-of-mouth promotion. Staff should receive training to ensure high-quality service, and the food experience should be improved by enhancing quality and ensuring that meals are served simultaneously. Additionally, providing clear guidance to guests when selecting event arrangements can improve planning, and responding promptly to complaints will show attentiveness and build customer trust.
